History
1966 Devol Engineering Limited established in Bawhirley Road, Greenock, occupying the old Co-op building
1970 Company moves to larger premises in Lynedoch Industrial Estate, Greenock
1975 Due to further increased capacity, Devol moves to its current premises in Clarence Street, Greenock
1980 First material produced in the casting plant
1991 Devol again extends capacity and “The Lab” is built across the street
1995 Purchase of injection moulding facility in Edinburgh, now known as Devol Moulding Services
1996 “The Lab” is modernised and facilities upgraded to incorporate state-of-the-art Dosiplast machinery
